Criteria for Selection - The Jack C. Hughston Sports Physician Award

Depth, scope, and quality of contributions in each of the following:

Successful candidates should be considered based upon the active role they have demonstrated in the development, progression, and/or support of the profession of sports physical therapy. The recipient must have demonstrated clear contributions to the practice of physical therapy. Examples include, but are not limited to:

  1. joint publications and/or lectures with sports physical therapists
  2. involvement in panels or advisory boards that promote the practice of sports physical therapy
  3. demonstration of public support of the practice of sports physical therapy
